“Palomino, society under construction” is a project carried out by teachers and students of the Faculty of Architecture at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, designed to improve the living conditions for the population of Palomino, a small town of La Guajira, north coast of Colombia.
The House of Culture was built in different versions on a lot located close to the main square of Palomino, and it works as a stage for artistic purposes and public events of the municipality.
