In the outskirts of Bogota, it is usual to find informal settlements that have reached extremely crowded conditions throughout the years.
Upon becoming legal settlements, it is essential to provide these communities with city-like facilities (Hospitals, schools, libraries, universities, sports centers, etc).
In these cases, the challenge is finding the right area in territories commonly subject to floods, landslides, and overpopulation.
Therefore, this project is based on the adequacy of the land for the construction of sustainable facilities in response to the characteristics of Altos de Cazucá in Soacha, and its population given the current situation.
